Privacy Policy

Power2Network LLC ("P2N", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, business name, email, phone number, industry, and the details you share when you contact us or submit a request. When you use our services on behalf of your business, we also process information about your customers' interactions (calls, messages, bookings) solely to operate the service you've engaged us to provide.

When you contact us through Friday — our voice and chat assistant — your messages, and any voice calls, may be recorded and transcribed so we can respond, improve the assistant, and keep an accurate record of the conversation. Friday is operated on our behalf by our communications provider (see “How we share information” below).

Recorded calls carry an up-front disclosure, and we operate an all-party-consent posture — notice on every recorded call, regardless of state — which satisfies states that require the consent of all parties. Text messaging is sent on A2P 10DLC-registered, carrier-vetted infrastructure, and we follow TCPA and CTIA consent and opt-out practices. Where the AI workforce communicates on your behalf, you own the consumer relationship and remain responsible for the underlying consent records; we provide the compliant infrastructure and configure appropriate caller disclosures for the jurisdictions you operate in.

How we use information

  • To respond to inquiries and provide the services you request.
  • To build, operate, and improve your AI workforce.
  • To communicate with you about your account and our services.
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect against misuse.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us deliver the service, under contractual confidentiality obligations — including GoHighLevel / LeadConnector (CRM, communications, booking, and the Friday assistant), the voice-AI provider that powers live calls (Retell AI, on LiveKit Cloud), and Vercel (website hosting and privacy-friendly analytics) — and where required by law.

Data retention & security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We protect information using encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access controls, and row-level data isolation.

Our service runs on infrastructure provided by GoHighLevel / LeadConnector, which holds a SOC 2 Type II attestation (Security, Confidentiality, and Availability), encrypts data in transit and at rest, and is hosted in the United States on Google Cloud Platform and Amazon Web Services. The platform provides features that support GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM obligations; for health-adjacent trades, HIPAA-ready handling is available under a signed Business Associate Agreement where enabled. See our security page for detail.

Cookies & tracking

Friday sets a small number of strictly-necessary cookies (via GoHighLevel / LeadConnector) so the assistant can function. For site analytics we use a privacy-friendly, cookieless measurement tool that does not track you across sites or build an advertising profile — so no cookie-consent banner is required. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your choices & rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of marketing communications at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@power2network.com.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): we do not sell or share your personal information. You have the right to know, access, correct, and delete the information we hold, and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights.

EU / UK residents (GDPR): we process your information to perform our contract with you, on the basis of your consent, and our legitimate interest in operating and improving the service. Your information may be processed in the United States. You can withdraw consent or contact your local supervisory authority at any time.

Children's privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “updated” date above.
