Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Power2Network LLC's website and services. By engaging P2N, you agree to them.
The service
P2N designs, builds, and operates custom AI agents and related automation for your business. The specific scope is defined when we map your workflow and agree on what your agent will do.
Fees & billing
Our standard offer is a one-time build fee of $1,000 and a recurring fee of $499 per month to operate and optimize your AI workforce. Carrier and usage costs (such as phone numbers, call minutes, and messaging) are billed separately at cost. Engagements are month-to-month unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellation
You may cancel the recurring service at any time, effective at the end of the then-current billing period. The one-time build fee is non-refundable once work has begun.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and approvals needed to operate the service.
- Use the service in compliance with applicable laws, including communications and consumer-protection rules.
- Maintain the rights and consents necessary for any contacts or data you provide.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes, including unsolicited messaging that violates applicable law.
Intellectual property & ownership
You own your business data, your content, and the customer conversations the service handles for you. P2N retains ownership of its general, reusable platform, tooling, and methods. The configuration and agent we build specifically for your account are yours to keep: you can export your data, transcripts, and that configuration at any time, and they remain yours if you ever cancel — no lock-in, no hostage data, no export fees.
Warranties & liability
The service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, P2N is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “updated” date above and, where appropriate, communicated to you directly.
