Our approach

Your customers' data runs on the same cloud infrastructure global companies rely on — encrypted in transit and at rest, U.S.-hosted, and protected by controls we inherit from the platform rather than reinventing them. On our side, sensitive credentials are read only inside server-side functions and never reach a browser.

The platform we operate on

We build on GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) — the communications platform that carries your calls, messages, and customer records. It holds a SOC 2 Type II attestation covering the Security, Confidentiality, and Availability Trust Services Criteria, reassessed annually. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2/1.3, with 2,048-bit keys or better) and at rest (AES-256), and passwords are hashed. The infrastructure is hosted on Google Cloud Platform and Amazon Web Services, resides in the United States, and is protected by a web application firewall, DDoS mitigation, regular vulnerability scans, and annual third-party penetration testing. We inherit these controls rather than reinventing them.

SOC 2 Type II is an AICPA attestation held by GoHighLevel, the platform we operate on — not a certification of Power2Network's own controls. Card data is never stored; payments run through PCI-compliant third-party processors. ISO 27001 controls at the cloud layer are held by AWS and Google Cloud.

Messaging & recorded calls

We send on A2P 10DLC-registered, carrier-vetted messaging infrastructure — brand and campaign registration filed with The Campaign Registry through our communications platform — and follow TCPA and CTIA consent and opt-out practices, honoring opt-out requests by any reasonable means as soon as practicable. Recorded calls carry an up-front disclosure, and we operate an all-party-consent posture so notice is given on every recorded call, regardless of state. You own the consumer relationship and the consent records for your customers; we provide the compliant infrastructure and configure caller disclosures for the jurisdictions you operate in.

Regulated & health-adjacent trades

Work in a regulated or health-adjacent trade — a med spa, say? Tell us before your build. GoHighLevel offers a HIPAA-enabled configuration with a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA); we'll walk through your specific data-handling and consent requirements and configure your agent to meet them.
